Pyboard just shows blue light and does not come up on computer

Pyboard just shows blue light and does not come up on computer

My board is plugged into my computer but is not coming up in Finder, and the blue light is always on.

Have I fried the board?

I figured out that the cable I was using was the issue. It seems that not all micro usbs are created equal

USB cables

Some USB cables support power connections only. That had me foxed when I first came across it.
