modbus RTU MASTER and rs485 with lora32

Hello, i am from Colombia, i am working with TTGO Lora32 V2.1, i'll leave the link below, i need to use the board like MASTER MODBUS RTU with port rs485 to communicate with a slave sensor, I know the umodbus library but I do not know how to make the port rs485, I have a module ttl to rs485, I will also leave the link below, someone knows how to connect this module and program it and be able to make the modbus communication through this, please I need help
