External 2MB Flash

These boards have two extneral 2MB QSPI Flash memory chips.
How do you access either or both of them?

I can't find any information. I'm assuming I can mount them under some name?
Can it be "seen" by Windows as a mountable drive? (similar to Circuit-Python)

One of them is memory mapped and provides additional ROM space for firmware. The other is used for the filesystem (and will be accessible over USB as the mountable drive).
