If your after a complete motor, gear box, encoder, wheel and mounting bracket these are quite good for the price https://www.ebay.com/itm/1Set-GM25-370- ... Hrr4Fh0fbQ and are plug and play with 3.3v

If you want high performance motors with a gear box and encoder then these are super impressive https://www.ebay.com/itm/Japan-Namiki-C ... SwgQ9Vrga3 but to use the quadrature encoders on these you need to sell the correct resistors
