In paragraph 2 you will find a description of that project and a link to its docs at the bottom.

It was largely superseded by the advent of the Pyboard D which is a greatly superior solution.

Oh, how come! I just realized that it is fully documented here https://github.com/peterhinch/micropyth ... /NO_NET.md starting from 2nd paragraph as you've said. :oops:
